Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders from our HQ in London, United Kingdom.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after it has been placed.

UK: Free shipping for all orders

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. A signature will be required upon receipt.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey, please note there is no Saturday delivery available. 

REST OF THE WORLD: Free shipping for all orders above £100

For orders below £100, we offer a £15 shipping rate.

Your order will be shipped via DHL/UPS and you will receive it within 2-11 business days. This is a fully trackable service.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, there is no Saturday service available. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to sign for your package.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.


Import Duty & Tax - Important for customers outside the UK

All relevant import taxes and duties or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practises may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How long will my order take?

All our items are already made and are ready to be dispatched as soon as the order is placed.

Once shipped, your order should arrive with you within 2-4 business days (UK) or 2-11 business days (rest of the world).

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Christmas and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Can I amend my order?

We’re quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we might be unable to cancel it.

However, please contact us immediately at hello@heritageblue.com with your cancellation request and order number.

Additional remarks

Heritage Blue cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept unused, unwashed and unaltered items which you don’t like. Please make sure to leave the original tags attached and to fill in the return form for a full refund.

You have four weeks to decide and return from the day you received your items. The return shipping costs are paid by you.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been torn, snagged or damaged in any way. Such items will be returned back to you at your own expense.

How do I ship my order back to you?

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by HERITAGE BLUE unless item(s) are faulty/incorrect.

Step 1: Place the items in a mailing box. You can reuse the mailing box that we sent your items in. Please make sure the returns form is inserted into your box. Without this your refund could take much longer.

Step 2: Return the package through your local post office ensuring the postage is pre-paid. We advise that you send items back using a tracked or signed for service. 

Step 3: Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. 

Returns are processed within 1 - 2 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. 

Important - Returns from outside the UK

Please ensure that any returns are clearly described as ‘Returned Goods - Return to Origin’ on the outer packaging of the parcel and on your customs declaration.

Your customs declaration should include an accurate description of the goods, their quantity and value. It must mention you are returning ‘Returned Goods’. This is to ensure duties are not chargeable to HERITAGE BLUE on return. Such charges will not be accepted.

Important for EU customers: Our goods are of European Union origin and have a preferential status under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the UK.

When returning, please ensure your declaration includes the following statement:

'The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that except where otherwise clearly indicated these products are of EU preferential origin.'

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our team. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are processed within 1 - 2 days of receiving the shipment. 

You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

In the event that you wish to return your item, HERITAGE BLUE is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

I've received a faulty/wrong item!

If the item you’ve received is faulty or incorrect, please inform us ASAP via email: hello@heritageblue.com Please include any images of the item for our reference. 

Our team will be able to advise how to return such item for either a replacement or a refund free of charge. 

Will you refund my original delivery costs?

We offer FREE UK shipping + FREE shipping above £100 for rest of the world.

Otherwise, you will be refunded the flat fee that you originally paid for shipping.

In the event that you wish to return your item, HERITAGE BLUE is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Will my return postage be refunded?

Please note we do not issue refunds for the return postage.
