Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders from our HQ in London, United Kingdom.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after it has been placed.

UK: Free shipping for all orders

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. A signature will be required upon receipt.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey, please note there is no Saturday delivery available. 

REST OF THE WORLD: Free shipping for all orders above £100

For orders below £100, we offer a £15 shipping rate.

Your order will be shipped via DHL/UPS and you will receive it within 2-11 business days. This is a fully trackable service.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, there is no Saturday service available. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to sign for your package.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

 

Import Duty & Tax  - Important for customers outside the UK

All relevant import taxes and duties or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order.
