Meet the Founder

Anna sees herself as a creative and curious individual who appreciates beauty in nature, floral art, textiles, and vintage items. 

'I come from a family that values practicality and realism, and my parents weren't exactly the artistic type. My love of all things handmade and found in nature was instilled in me by my grandmother, a kind-hearted woman who taught me so much about both. I'd spend hours at her allotment, which felt like something out of a fairytale garden from my storybooks.

She also loved to knit cosy sweaters and hats, as well as embroider lovely linens. And whenever we went on our trips back from the allotment, we always had to stop at this amazing shop filled with gorgeous fabrics and trims! Those were truly magical moments that shaped my appreciation for handmade beauty.

Heritage Blue is a result of my love for natural textiles. It's been a long time coming, but I'm excited to finally embrace my passion and explore where it takes me.'
